Victoria is a mixed media artist and professional photographer. She makes her home in Tampa, Florida where she is an avid gardener and nature lover, both subjects that are often found in her work.

As a signature member of the International Society of Acrylic Painters, she was the first place winner in the Sixth International Open Exhibition held in Santa Fe, New Mexico in August of 2002.
