Sue Jacobs (Cortland) teaches painting on Tuesday mornings (10 am to noon) at the Park Vista senior center on 5th Avenue in Youngstown and on Thursday mornings, same time, at the SCOPE senior center on Rte. 5 in Cortland. Both classes are $5 for each session. They are basically studio classes, with each participant working on his own project. Sue’s students are scheduled for an exhibit at the Nissen Gallery, Trumbull Memorial Hospital June 19-July 24. (Delivery date is June 17, 3-4 pm.)

Lotte Herwig-Erhardt (New Wilmington, PA) had a print accepted in the Creede, CO, National Small Print Show. Jack Madden (Girard) had three accepted in the same show. 

Nancy McLean (Warren) will be participating in a program called "Friday with the Artist" at Tower City in Cleveland on

May 30th.  A company called Northcoast Promotions is handling it. They are providing artists and fine craftsmen with tables for rent around the fountain at Tower City every Friday until October. 

Scott Chopko (Warren) will have art work on display in the gallery at  WineStyles (in the Howland Plaza, 8208 E. Market, left of Giant Eagle) during the month of June. Please visit WineStyles for a “Meet the Artist” reception on Saturday, June 21, 6-8 pm. Check out the gallery space for your own 1-man show! 

Mary Kay D’Isa (Youngstown) is exhibiting with other members of the Pittsburgh Watercolor Society in a show called “Waterworks 2007”, May 2-30, at the Third Street Gallery, Carnegie, PA.

Have you been to Conneaut Community Center for the Arts (1025 Buffalo St., Conneaut, OH)? Shirley McElhaney (Kinsman) will have a show there May 31-June 30. The Artist Reception will be May 31, 6-8 pm.
