Ruth paints from her garden studio on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. She loves to create paintings that evoke a memory of a quieter time such as old fashioned flower gardens, old cottages or a scene with a nostalgic feeling. Through her paints and brushes she tells a story using light and colour.
