Mineatures

These are my
Miniatures. They are 2" x 2" square and 2" round and 1 1/2"
by 2" oval. There is also the larger 3"X 4".

A little explanation of the process. Miniatures are done just a
little differently that their larger counter parts. My miniatures
are done in Watercolor, most of them are done on rice paper.
I do some of them from original (larger versions ) paintings.
I scan the larger images into the computer and then reduce
the size. I then trace the image to get a transparent to place
on the rice paper. This is just a very short explanation of how
I do the miniatures. If there is any particular painting that
you see in Pristine Gallery that you would like in a miniature
please contact me and I will see what can be done. I also
work from photographs. Miniatures are the perfect way to
have a house portrait done, or a favorite vacation spot.
