Artist Statement
I believe that a home is more than just timber
and nails, it holds special memories for those that inhabit it and take care of
it, their home becomes a "part" of their life. When I paint a portrait of
someone's home, I'm using my God-given talent to create a unique keepsake for
them and future generations to remind them of a place where happiness blossomed.
I especially love to do historic buildings, to
preserve the craftsmanship that is present in these structures, unfortunately
many times lost due to our advancing progress.
