Artist's Statement
 In painting, my goal is to portray a quality or feeling which goes beyond the mere representation of the subject matter. I work in many different media, including oils, handmade paper, watercolor, and watercolor constructions.

Lois holds a Bachelor of Art Degree from the University of Florida, and a Master of Art Education Degree from Eastern Michigan University.
