Evelyn
Peters has just been awarded an International Peace Prize by the
United Cultural Convention of the United States for her work in Arts
and Communications among cultural diversities worldwide.
Evelyn Peters, a native of Alaska, has been a professional artist
since 1974 and an official Coast Guard artist since 1987. She
currently favors acrylic and watercolor but has worked and taught in
all media. Over 1000 originals are in corporate, museum, private and
public collections worldwide. Honors and awards are many in both art
and public service.
She is a signature member of the International Society of Acrylic
Painters (ISAP), the National Association of Acrylic Painters US/UK(NAPA),
a past member of the Salmagundi Club, NYC, and is listed in Who's
Who is American Art, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World,
among others
