What they are:
ARTIST TRADING CARDS (ATC's) are miniature works of art created on 2 ½ X 3 ½ inch or 64 X 89 mm card stock, watercolor paper (at least 140 lb) you may also use mat board. They are originals, they can be decoupaged painted, stamped, inked, collaged and whatever comes to mind. They are to be traded only never sold. Anyone can do an artist trading card. Just have fun and see what you can come up with. I will have a tips page where you will be able to click on links to many on line tutorials.
